Flashes of Hope

I had the pleasure of working with a local chapter of Flashes of Hope. 

It's a nonprofit organization that changes the way children with cancer and other life threatening illnesses see themselves, through the gift of photography and raising money for pediatric cancer research.

The portraits are taken by a group of photographers, who volunteer their talents to help the children feel better about their changing appearance by celebrating it.

For families of terminally ill children, it's especially important to have a portrait that preserves forever the beauty, grace and dignity of the child.

Yes they are, waiting on the parental consent before I post her child's pic, it was really a humbling experience.
